Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates with 3+ experience in Billing & Credit Control International Logistics, Shipping, Freight Forwarding, and NVOCC backgrounds shall only be preferred for this role.
Job Description:
• Handle customer invoicing, billing reconciliation, and timely generation of freight/Customs & other LOB’s invoices.
• Monitor receivables, follow up for outstanding payments, and maintain healthy debtor ageing.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams for billing accuracy and dispute resolution.
• Prepare customer account statements, credit reports, and MIS reports.
• Manage credit control processes, customer credit limits, and payment tracking.
• Liaise with overseas agents and clients regarding billing discrepancies and settlements.
• Maintain records of vendor invoices, customer payments, and financial transactions.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to company SOPs and financial policies
