• Model Creation and Maintenance: Develop and manage 3D BIM models for various project stages, including conceptual, schematic, detailed design, and construction phases.
• Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and resolve clashes.
• Standards Compliance: Adhere to company and project-specific BIM standards, guidelines, and protocols.
• Documentation: Generate 2D drawings, schedules, and reports from the BIM model as required.
• Clash Detection and Resolution: Conduct clash detection analysis using software like Navisworks and communicate solutions to the project team.
• Rendering and Visualization: Create photorealistic renderings, animations, and virtual walkthroughs to support client presentations and design reviews.
• Training and Support: Assist team members in understanding and using BIM tools effectively.

Skills Required (Knowledge And Skills)

• Knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, ACC/AEC Suite
• Parametric modelling and Family creation
