The role

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Q-Commerce Manager to own and grow our presence on Blinkit and Amazon Quick Commerce. This is a high-ownership role: you will run the full operating cycle from catalog to cash, working directly with platform teams and internal stakeholders to put Humicure products in front of the right customers at the right moment.

What you will own

• Catalog & listings: own product content, images, titles, and SEO copy across Blinkit and Amazon Quick Commerce; keep catalog hygiene tight and conversion-optimised.
• – Inventory & availability: manage replenishment planning, fill rates, and SLA compliance across dark stores; coordinate with supply chain to eliminate out-of-stocks on high-velocity SKUs.
• – Promotions & visibility: plan and execute deals, banner ads, and sponsored-product campaigns; negotiate platform placements and track return on ad spend.
• – Platform relationships: be the day-to-day point of contact with category managers at Blinkit and Amazon; drive joint business plans, unlock new opportunities, and resolve escalations quickly.
• – Reporting & insights: track GMV, sell-through, availability, and ad metrics weekly; surface actionable insights to the team.

What we are looking for

Must-have:

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing a brand on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, or Amazon Quick Commerce
• – Working knowledge of catalog management, dark-store inventory mechanics, and quick-commerce promotional tools
• – Comfort with data: you track numbers daily and use them to make decisions, not just report them
• – Strong communicator who can manage platform relationships and push back when needed

Good to have:

• Experience with a consumer lifestyle, FMCG, or D2C brand
• – Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central for quick commerce fulfilment
• – Understanding of pack sizing and assortment strategy for impulse and instant-need categories
