Job Summary

We are seeking experienced professionals with 5 to 7 years of expertise in Supply Chain and BlueYonder Monitoring Services to support and drive efficient supply chain operations within the Solutions team.

The selected resources will be required to work in the night shift aligned with US business hours, operating 5 days a week, including weekends, based on project requirements.

Detailed Job Description

• Provide monitoring and support services for BlueYonder applications and related supply chain processes.
• Design, develop, and optimize supply chain processes to ensure seamless operational delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate supply chain solutions that support business operations.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, performance gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Apply industry best practices and standards in supply chain management and BlueYonder monitoring.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and established operational procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency and reducing operational disruptions.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and capabilities within BlueYonder and supply chain management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, monitoring, and management of BlueYonder supply chain solutions within project environments.
• Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective support solutions.
• Monitor supply chain performance and proactively identify, investigate, and resolve issues to minimize business impact.
• Coordinate with vendors, support teams, and external partners to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Prepare and present regular status reports highlighting operational performance, incidents, and improvement initiatives.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of supply chain-related incidents and challenges.
• Ensure timely incident response, escalation management, and adherence to defined SLAs.
