Job Description
Board Member – Operations, Finance & Logistics
Investment Participation: ₹30 Lakhs
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Board Member to oversee and guide key business functions including Operations, Finance, and Logistics while contributing an investment of ₹30 lakhs toward organizational growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic direction for business operations and long-term growth.
• Monitor operational efficiency, productivity, and process improvements.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and profitability.
• Guide investment utilization and ensure financial discipline.
• Supervise supply chain, procurement, warehousing, and logistics activities.
• Support business expansion, partnerships, and market development.
• Participate in board meetings and contribute to governance decisions.
• Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and operational standards.
• Mentor leadership teams and support organizational development.
Investment Role
• Investment contribution of ₹30 lakhs as equity/strategic participation.
• Support capital planning and resource allocation.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and risk management strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in operations management, finance, logistics, or business leadership.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, supply chain systems, and strategic planning.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing, trading, distribution, logistics, or startup environments.
• Excellent decision-making and business networking skills.
• MBA, CA, CMA, or equivalent business/finance background preferred.
