We are hiring: Brand & Business Operations Lead (Nutrition & Wellness)
We are building a globally positioned nutrition and wellness brand focused on authentic wellness, clean nutrition, long-term consumer trust, and meaningful impact. This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for a high-caliber operator who can help build and scale the company across branding, product development, operational execution, partnerships, and market expansion. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how premium consumer wellness brands are actually built from concept and positioning to execution and scaling.
Role Overview

You will work closely with leadership to help shape and execute the company’s next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Positioning
• Help refine and execute brand identity, positioning, and storytelling
• Coordinate branding, packaging, and customer experience development
• Ensure consistency across digital, retail, and product touchpoints
• Help position the brand for international scalability
E-Commerce & Digital Growth (Critical Requirement)
• Manage and oversee e-commerce operations across Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces
• Coordinate website execution, product listings, subscriptions, funnels, and customer journey optimization
• Work closely with performance marketing, content, and growth teams
• Improve conversion rates, retention, customer acquisition, and online brand experience
• Oversee operational aspects of DTC and marketplace scaling
Product & Nutrition Coordination
• Coordinate with nutritionists, formulators, suppliers, and manufacturers
• Assist in development and launch of wellness and nutritional products
• Ensure product positioning aligns with market demand and brand philosophy
• Contribute to wellness-focused product strategy and innovation
Project & Operational Management
• Oversee execution across multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Coordinate timelines, vendors, agencies, suppliers, and internal teams
• Build operational systems and execution processes
• Ensure projects move efficiently from concept to launch
Growth & Market Expansion
• Support launch planning across international markets
• Coordinate partnerships, influencer initiatives, and growth campaigns
• Assist with retail, e-commerce, pharmacy, and distribution expansion strategies
• Work alongside leadership on strategic growth initiatives
Ideal Background
We are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience in one or more of the following:
• Nutrition/supplements
• Wellness brands
• Beauty/skincare
• Premium FMCG
• Consumer lifestyle brands
• Functional health products
Strong preference for candidates who have:
• Hands-on e-commerce management experience
• Helped build or scale a real consumer brand
• Worked in fast-growth startup environments
• Managed cross-functional execution
• Operated across both strategy and execution
• Experience with global or multi-market expansion
Required Skill Set
• Strong e-commerce and DTC operational understanding
• Strong organizational and execution capability
• High ownership mentality
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking
• Strong understanding of branding and consumer psychology
• Experience in project management and operational execution
Nice to Have
• Nutrition or wellness industry expertise
• Experience with consumer subscriptions or e-commerce brands
• Exposure to regulatory/compliance coordination in wellness products
• Experience working with international suppliers or distributors
• Experience scaling Amazon or marketplace-driven brands internationally
