Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary market research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets
• Analyse data and convert it into structured insights and actionable reports
• Prepare research briefs, summaries, and presentations for decision-making
• Identify new opportunities, audience segments, and content ideas
• Create engaging content for presentations, reports, newsletters, and social media
• Support development of visual content using tools like PowerPoint and Canva
• Assist in executing digital campaigns with research, content drafts, and assets
• Use tools like Google Suite, MS Office, Canva, and collaboration platforms for daily tasks
• Perform basic data handling and visualization using Excel/Sheets or similar tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and meet deadlines
• Communicate ideas clearly in written formats and team discussions

Ideal candidate profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field
• Experience: Entry-level / 0–2 years (freshers with strong internships can fit well)
