Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand & Growth Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves building and scaling the company’s stationery brand across multiple channels, including managing marketplaces, executing marketing initiatives, and leading digital marketing efforts. The candidate will collaborate on brand communication and product development, while playing a key role in shaping the brand’s online presence and driving early-stage growth.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and grow our presence on online marketplaces
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives
- Coordinate with agencies and internal team members on brand communication
- Support new product development based on market insights
- Build and support collaborations and brand partnerships
- Assist in managing the website and overall digital presence
Who you are:
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, or related roles
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Interest in consumer brands and creative products
