We’re expanding aggressively across India. The person we hire now will help define what this brand becomes.
The Role
You’ll own the full marketing function – brand, performance, content, and retention. You’ll work directly with the founders and have genuine autonomy to build things your way.
This is strategy and execution in equal measure. No hand-holding. High ownership.
What You’ll Do
› Run Meta and Google Ads campaigns -own the budget, creative, and ROAS
› Build and manage our Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest presence
› Drive SEO and organic growth through content and editorial strategy
› Manage influencer collaborations and luxury brand partnerships
› Own email/CRM marketing and guest retention journeys
› Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints
› Report on CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and channel performance weekly
What We’re Looking For
› 3–5 years in digital/performance/brand marketing
› Proven track record with Meta Ads and Google Ads (show us numbers)
› Strong SEO, content, and social media execution experience
› Exposure to luxury, hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or D2C brands preferred
› Entrepreneurial mindset -you build, you execute, you own results
› Fluent in analytics: GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and basic CRM tools
