Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid Brand Identity & Management role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves shaping and managing the Operative Network brand within the broader Reaion ecosystem, ensuring consistent visual and verbal identity across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining brand guidelines, collaborating with internal stakeholders to align messaging, and supporting the creation of branded assets for marketing, sales, and product communication. The person in this role will monitor brand perception, support go-to-market initiatives, and help translate complex technology concepts into clear, compelling brand narratives. The position requires close coordination with marketing, product, and leadership teams to strengthen brand recognition and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Brand Strategy and Brand Management to define, evolve, and protect the brand across touchpoints.
• Demonstrated experience in Branding and Communication, including consistent messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity alignment.
• Familiarity with Sales and go-to-market collaboration to support sales enablement materials and brand-aligned proposals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Experience in technology, engineering, or robotics environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
