Brand Management Associate | Code to Couture
Location: Chattarpur, Delhi
Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
About the Role
At Code to Couture, we bridge the gap between high-end fashion and technical precision. We are looking for a high-energy Brand Management Associate who is as comfortable talking “style and silhouettes” as they are “deadlines and deliverables.”
This isn’t just about answering emails; it’s about being the glue between our creative teams and our prestigious clients. You will learn the lifecycle of a fashion project from initial pitch to final delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Client Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and stylishly taken care of.
- Project Tracking: Assist in managing project timelines, ensuring that design and production teams are on track to meet client milestones.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends in both fashion and retail tech to provide “value-add” insights to our accounts.
- Reporting: Help prepare weekly status reports and post-campaign analysis to show clients the impact of our work.
- Administrative Support: Maintain CRM databases, organize client meetings, and assist in preparing pitch decks and proposals.
Who You Are
- The Communicator: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can write a professional email that still has personality.
- Fashion-Forward: You have a genuine passion for the fashion industry and understand the difference between ready-to-wear and haute couture.
- Organized Orchestrator: You actually enjoy spreadsheets and to-do lists. Multitasking is your second nature.
- The Problem Solver: When a deadline shifts or a client changes their mind, you stay cool and look for solutions, not excuses.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
- A basic understanding of social media trends and digital marketing within the fashion space.
