About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and insight-driven Brand & Strategy professional to shape and drive Bold Care’s and Bloom’s brand growth. This role will own 360 brand marketing, new product development support, consumer insights, and integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring strong brand health, relevance, and business impact in the wellness space.
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive overall brand strategy, positioning, and messaging aligned with business goals
● Own and support new product development through market research, trend analysis, and consumer insights
● Identity new launches and develop new launch strategy
● Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, influencer, and social platforms
● Track and improve brand health metrics such as awareness, engagement, and perception and market share
● Conduct competitive and consumer research to identify growth opportunities
● Oversee content, communication, and storytelling across channels
● Measure campaign performance, ROI, and share actionable insights with leadership
● Coordinate cross-functionally with product, design, PR, media teams, and external agencies
● Ensure brand consistency, claims accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all marketing assets
● Manage brand team and cross functional teams.
Key Skills & Requirements:
● 4-5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or new product development
● Experience in FMCG& wellness first brands preferred
● Strong analytical and consumer-insight-driven mindset
● Hands-on experience with digital marketing, influencer marketing, PR, and SEO
● Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
● Proficiency in MS Office and data-driven marketing tools
● Team management
Supervise ducting project execution with 3–6 years experience. Knowledge of PAL ducting and on-site installation a must....
