About the Role

We are looking for a creative and driven Brand Marketing & Content Associate who can help strengthen our brand presence through compelling content, effective communication, and engaging marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, social media, and brand building in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, websites, and marketing initiatives
• Write compelling ad copies, campaign communication, captions, and brand messaging
• Support and execute social media strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital platforms
• Stay updated with industry trends, audience behavior, and emerging content formats
• Collaborate with design, content, growth, and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Support influencer collaborations, branding initiatives, and community engagement activities
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness

Required Skills

• Strong content writing and copywriting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Creative thinking and storytelling ability
• Basic knowledge of branding, SEO, and audience engagement
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a startup environment

Preferred Background

• Experience in Brand Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, or Campaign Communication
• Prior experience in EdTech companies or startup environments is an added advantage
