About The Role:

We’re looking for high-calibre talent to join our Brand Partnerships & Strategy team. This role is for someone who can open doors, build relationships, think strategically, and convert opportunities into long-term business. You will lead growth conversations with brands, identify opportunities across our full service stack, and build solutions that solve real business challenges. This is a revenue role with strong visibility, ownership, and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new business across brands, categories, and markets
• Identify opportunities across influencer marketing, social media, content, production, talent, youth marketing, and digital strategy
• Lead end-to-end brand partnerships – from prospecting and pitching to closure, renewals, and upselling
• Deliver on ambitious revenue growth targets through new business and account expansion.
• Develop compelling proposals with fresh ideas, IPs, and innovative influencer-first solutions tailored to client objectives
• Own and nurture client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term trust
• Work closely with internal teams (talent, operations, finance, strategy) to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Track industry trends and proactively identify new opportunities for brands

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing & strategy
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in previous roles
• Strong client-facing and pitching experience with the ability to close high-value deals
• A mix of creativity + commercial acumen – ability to ideate big campaigns and also close them
• Commercial mindset with solution-led thinking
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• High ownership mindset – thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
