Brand Solution Manager Full Time NEW

The Brand Solutions Manager is responsible for translating client briefs into culturally relevant, insight-driven brand strategies and solutions. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creative, client servicing, and execution, ensuring that brand narratives are not only compelling but also effectively brought to life through the right partners and channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Solutioning
• Decode client briefs and business problems into clear strategic directions
• Build integrated brand solutions (digital, content, influencer, on-ground, regional

nuance)

• Develop go-to-market strategies, campaign frameworks, and brand narratives
• Ensure cultural and regional relevance in all solutions
• Pitch & Presentation
• Own end-to-end pitch development process along with cross-functional teams
• Create high-quality pitch decks, proposals, and case studies
• Present ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders along with team.
• Collaborate with creative teams to bring ideas to life
• Client Collaboration
• Work closely with brand managers to understand client expectations
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, not just execution support
• Participate in key client meetings and contribute to upselling opportunities
• Vendor Management
• Identify, onboard, and manage external vendors/partners across:

○ Content writing / scripting / planning

○ Production (video, design, on-ground execution)

○ Distribution channels (media, influencers, regional platforms)

• Ensure vendors are aligned with brand strategy, quality benchmarks, and timelines
• Negotiate scopes, timelines, and commercials to optimize cost and efficiency
• Oversee execution quality and ensure final output aligns with the original strategic vision
• Build and maintain a strong vendor ecosystem across regions and specializations
• Cross-functional Coordination
• Collaborate with Creative, Content, Media, Influencer, and Production teams
• Ensure alignment between strategy and execution
• Provide clear briefs and direction to internal teams and external partners
• Business Impact
• Support in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Contribute to revenue through effective pitches and strategic upselling
• Ensure solutions are aligned with client KPIs and measurable outcomes

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Proven experience in vendor/partner management and execution oversight
• Understanding of integrated marketing (digital + offline + content + influencer)
• Ability to translate insights into actionable ideas
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
• High ownership with ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Preferred Background

• 5-6 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, brand strategy, or

integrated marketing roles

• Experience working in agencies or brand solutions teams
• Exposure to vendor management and production workflows is a strong plus
• Prior client-facing and pitching experience is a must
