Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore for a Brand Strategy and Media Planning professional. The role involves developing and refining brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market strategies across digital and offline channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated digital media strategies and Annual Operating Plans (AOPs) across key consumer-facing channels.
• Build positioning frameworks, go-to-market narratives, and audience segmentation models to unlock growth in both metro and Tier 2/3 markets.
• Plan channel mix and communication strategies to drive maximum impressions and ROAS through optimized media execution.
• 2–4 years of experience in brand strategy, media planning, or performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong research orientation with the ability to synthesise market, consumer, category, and competitor insights into actionable strategy.
• Experience in secondary research, consumer behaviour analysis, trend spotting, and insight generation.
