• Operational liaison & workflow support :
• Day-to-day hub: Serve as the first point of contact for operational bottlenecks, ensuring that information flows smoothly between departments
• Process automation: Use tools like Teams, MS Word, or MS Excel to automate repetitive admin tasks to keep pace with startup growth
• Documentation: Maintain the ‘Source of Truth’ for company policies, meeting minutes, and operational handbooks
• Stakeholder & delegate management:
• High-touch communication: Manage professional correspondence with team members and visiting delegates
• Stakeholder tracking: Maintain a ‘360-degree view’ of stakeholder interactions using Teams to ensure no follow-up is missed
• VIP concierge: Handle end-to-end logistics for visiting delegates
• 360-degree event coordination:
• Full-lifecycle events: Lead the planning and execution of internal and external events, from intimate board dinners to large-scale delegate summits
• On-site management: Serve as the lead coordinator on the day of events, managing vendors, tech setups, and ‘firefighting’ any issues
• Post-event analysis: Maintain logistics & operational effectiveness after the visit
