Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Entry-Level/Junior Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and helping optimize workflows. The role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, supporting project execution, and contributing to strategic decision-making with the help of data-driven insights. You will communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure goals are aligned and achieved.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data to draw actionable insights
• Experience in Business Analysis and understanding business processes
• Proficiency in defining and documenting Business Requirements
• Strong Communication skills, including collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Familiarity with the AVGC industry or creative technology sector is a plus
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
