About role

Are you passionate about using data to drive business success? As a Business Analyst Intern, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment where you’ll leverage your analytical skills to support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Become a data detective: Collect and analyze data from various sources, uncovering valuable insights that shape business strategies.
• Build impactful dashboards: Assist in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards that visually communicate key performance indicators.
• Bridge the gap between data and action: Collaborate with teams across different departments to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Uncover hidden opportunities: Identify trends and patterns in data, presenting actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency.
• Contribute to real projects: Support project management activities and contribute to process improvements, making a tangible impact on the business.
• Ownership – Show eagerness to own and scale projects within and beyond the boundaries to demonstrate leadership and willingness to step up into bigger and larger projects.
• Become a master communicator: Prepare detailed documentation and confidently present your findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

• Eagerness to learn: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Sharp analytical mind: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for turning data into meaningful insights.
• Exceptional organizational skills: Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey your findings to diverse audiences.
• Technical proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Experience with data analysis tools is a plus!
• Critical Thinking & Problem Solving: Ability to approach challenges with a logical and creative mindset.
• Good understanding of technical skills incl SQL, Power BI, basics of Python, Excel
