Business Analyst – IT Full Time

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Pune, Kothrud
Job Type: Contract (3-6 Months)
Experience Required: 8+ years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders (internal & external)
• Perform detailed analysis: gap analysis, root cause analysis, business process mapping, workflow modelling
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, product, operations) to ensure clarity and delivery
• Lead and coordinate UAT, ensure acceptance criteria are met, and manage stakeholder feedback
• Support data analysis/reporting, dashboards, and insights using Excel/BI tools
• Drive stakeholder discussions and act as a bridge between business and technical teams
• Participate in solutioning, requirement prioritization, and roadmap discussions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience as Business Analyst / Senior BA
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and client interaction
• Hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, functional & non-functional requirements
• Experience in requirement documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good-To-Have

• Domain exposure (finance, healthcare, SaaS, etc.)
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Exposure to AI/ML projects or data-driven environments

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
