In this role, you will be responsible for supporting with data and developing tools for capacity solutions that address both current and future demands, ensuring business continuity even through peak periods. Your work will directly contribute to our long-term strategy programs, preparing Amazon’s logistics network for sustained growth while striking the delicate balance between delivery speed, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
You will leverage your expertise in supporting for long-term forecasting and capacity planning to make data-driven decisions that shape the future of our Middle Mile operations. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across the organization. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in guiding senior leadership decisions and driving the continuous improvement of our vast logistics network.
You are expected to have exceptional analytical, planning, and written/verbal communication skills. You know and love working with business intelligence tools, are comfortable accessing and working with big data from multiple sources, and are enthusiastic about partnering with the business to deliver results. You are a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Our long-term strategy programs prepare Amazon’s logistics for growth, balancing delivery speed with efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
