Business Analyst, Offline Merchants Full Time NEW

Amazon is growing its external payments operations in India. In this context, we are looking for Business Analyst who will help offline merchants to grow their business with Amazon Pay by executing GTM strategies. As Business Analyst with Amazon, you will be required to prepare dashboards and automate data tools to help business manager take informed decisions. You will help teams to draw insights through timely sharing of business trends and data points of key metrics. You must possess strong data management and advanced Excel skills. Ideal candidate should have operations and data engineering background.

Key job responsibilities

As Data analyst, you would be responsible for preparing dashboards, sales summary, WBR reports, and other data related reports to enable business managers and cross-functional stakeholders to take business decisions. The ideal candidate should be number driven, team oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. We are seeking someone with demonstrated history of driving B2B sales and relationship management. An understanding of, and passion for, payments, e-commerce is highly desired.

A day in the life

• Work with stakeholders in BI and the central operations team to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales dashboard, 2) work with the BI team to automate reports. 3) Prepare and Share brand and store performance with relevant stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• 5+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
• Experience with SQL or ETL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Tableau
• Experience using very large datasets
