Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Wealth Management and mandatory hands-on experience working on the Wealth Spectrum platform. The candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing wealth management processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting solution delivery across wealth and family office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process workflows.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Work closely with business users, product teams, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and sign-off processes.
• Assist in implementation and change management activities.
• Create process maps, business workflows, and functional specifications.
• Support portfolio reporting, client reporting, and wealth management operational processes.
Skills & Requirements:
• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Mandatory experience working on the Wealth Spectrum platform.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management and Family Office operations.
• Experience in Requirement Gathering, BRD Preparation, FRD Preparation, Gap Analysis, Process Mapping, Stakeholder Management, and UAT Coordination.
• Strong knowledge of investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), AIFs (Alternative Investment Funds), Fixed Income Products, Bonds, and Alternative Investments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience:
• Exposure to Portfolio Accounting, Performance Reporting, Portfolio Reporting, Client Reporting, and Wealth Management Workflows.
• Experience working with wealth management technology platforms and reporting solutions.
• Understanding of investment lifecycle and portfolio management processes.
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM (Finance) preferred.
