Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope and document business requirements (BRD/FRD)
• Design technical specifications using best practices with minimal custom coding
• Provide Zoho consulting and analyze business processes to drive improvements
• Develop solutions on the Zoho platform aligned with business needs
• Automate workflows using Zoho tools
• Create test scenarios and perform solution testing
• Work with Zoho applications: CRM, People, Payroll, Books, Inventory, Analytics, Desk, etc.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and support system integrations
• Prepare customized management dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with Operations and technical teams for implementation
• Assist in customization of Zoho CRM, Creator, and related modules
• Document business processes and workflows effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–7 years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of Zoho applications (or strong willingness to learn)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
