We’re Hiring: Business Automation Executive

Astr Defence is building India’s next-generation civilian firearms brand. As our demand grows across the country, we are setting up a high-performance digital sales system powered by WhatsApp, YouTube, and Google Sheets automation.

We are looking for a hands-on executor who can build and manage this system end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

• Convert YouTube enquiries into real sales
• Build and manage WhatsApp automation flows
• Route customers to nearest dealers using data systems
• Track leads and improve conversion performance

Skills We’re Looking For

• WhatsApp automation (WATI / Interakt / similar tools)
• Strong Google Sheets handling (data + structure)
• Basic API understanding (GET, JSON)
• Sales mindset – ability to convert leads

Who Can Apply

• Freshers with strong practical skills
• Candidates with 1–3 years in digital/automation roles
