Key Responsibilities
• Connect with business owners, restaurant managers, chefs, and procurement teams through phone calls and online channels.
• Follow up on inbound inquiries generated through IndiaMART and other lead sources.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
• Generate quotations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities.
• Consistently work towards monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or Telugu.
• Strong confidence while speaking over the phone.
• Natural sales aptitude and persuasive ability.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Fresh graduates and final-year students can apply.
