Key Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to potential clients to understand their hiring needs.
2. Present HidaniTech’s staffing solutions confidently and effectively.
3. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
4. Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful candidate delivery.
5. Consistently meet and exceed outreach and business goals.

2. Graduate in BTech/BE, BBA, BCA/MA.
3. Comfortable working on night shift (US timings).

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 – 10,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
