Role Description
RAST is building advanced industrial inspection robotics and AI-driven NDT solutions for oil & gas, power, and heavy industry. We are not looking for a “social media person.” We want a hunter who can build pipeline, open doors, generate meetings, and convert interest into revenue.
If you can prospect aggressively, write sharp outreach, book meetings, and push deals forward, this role is for you.
What you will own
• Build and execute outbound sales campaigns on LinkedIn, email, and direct industry outreach.
• Identify high-value prospects in oil & gas, refineries, power plants, EPCs, inspection companies, and industrial service providers.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into discovery calls and business opportunities.
• Support proposal writing, pitch decks, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Work closely with the founders and technical team to position RAST’s solutions for real customers.
• Create digital growth assets that help improve visibility, trust, and lead conversion.

Compensation structure
Pre-funding stage:ESOP-based compensation with strong upside for early joiners.Post-funding stage: Salary + ESOP + % of sales revenue / incentive-linked upside.
