Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound channels.
• Maintain and track sales pipeline, ensuring healthy conversion rates and timely follow-ups.
• Support accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities.

Channel & Partner Support

• Assist in identifying and onboarding potential partners such as resellers and system integrators.
• Coordinate with partners for lead generation and co-selling opportunities.
• Support partner engagement initiatives and basic training where required.

Marketing Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to provide inputs for campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
• Support digital marketing efforts by sharing client success stories, testimonials, and insights.
• Assist in promoting webinars, product demos, and events.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or CRM products.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of enterprise business processes
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• Exposure to ERP platforms (Odoo ,SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage.
• Experience in handling international clients is a plus.
