Key Responsibilities
- Digital lead management and conversion:
- Carefully process and qualify every lead received via the website, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Proactively engage with potential customers to answer queries, overcome objections, and convert interest into confirmed orders.
- Maintain an organized database in MS Excel, tracking the journey of every inquiry from “initial contact” to “order placed.”
- Proposal and pricing support:
- Prepare and send professional quotes and proposals for bulk inquiries or specialized orders.
- Work closely with management to provide feedback on customer price sensitivity and help refine pricing models.
- Digital marketing and launch coordination:
- Assist in the coordination and rollout of the website launch, ensuring product listings and information are accurate.
- Support social media marketing efforts to drive traffic and generate new inbound leads.
- Operations and fulfillment liaison:
- Coordinate with the operations or warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and dispatched on schedule.
- Keep management informed of daily lead progress and any bottlenecks in the conversion process.
- Travel occasionally within Chennai to meet corporate clients or local partners as required.
