The Role

• You will be the bridge between aspiring designers and the career transformation they’re looking for.
• Your job is to help them find clarity, build confidence, and make decisions that change the direction of their careers — not push them into a purchase.
• This is a high-ownership, high-impact role.
• You’ll work directly with the Founder and Marketing team, and your work will directly shape how Mastry grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective learners through video and phone calls, WhatsApp, and email — understanding their aspirations and guiding them through their decision-making journey.
• Build trust-based relationships with leads, ensuring they feel heard, informed, and supported at every step of their career transition.
• Run structured follow-up sequences that recover undecided leads and move them toward confident decisions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to flag lead quality insights — objections, drop-offs, and messaging gaps.
• Partner with program and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding experience for new learners.
• Maintain a clean, updated pipeline (CRM) so revenue is predictable and nothing slips through the cracks.
• Achieve and exceed conversion targets while keeping a learner-first approach at all times.
• Gather feedback from prospects to continuously improve the sales process and program positioning.
