Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the LED lights vertical at Spinoff Group. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or related fields. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the LED lighting market.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients and market trends in the LED lighting sector.
• Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our LED lighting solutions.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop promotional materials and product information.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights in the CRM system.
• Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the product development team regarding customer needs and market trends.

• Diploma – Engineering / Bachelor’s degree- Engineering.

Requirement

Experience Of Business With Architects/ Builders Will Be Preferred.

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the LED lighting or related industries.
