Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Inside Sales team. This role is ideal for MBA freshers and early-career professionals who are interested in sales, client engagement, and business growth in the digital marketing and AI industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and client requirements
• Maintain lead and sales data in CRM systems and tracking sheets
• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
• Support client onboarding and relationship management
Eligibility
• MBA (Marketing) – 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs preferred
• BBA and other business-related graduates may also apply
• 0-1 year experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management
Required Skills
• Strong communication skills in English
• Tamil language proficiency preferred
• Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage
• Confidence in speaking with clients over calls and virtual meetings
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Websites
• Willingness to perform lead generation, cold calling, and follow-ups
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated mindset
Added Advantage
• Digital Marketing Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Excel
• Knowledge of AI tools used in sales, marketing, and business productivity
