Business Development Executive – Remote Full Time NEW

Keyhike Technologies is looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to identify and convert business opportunities across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through various online and offline channels.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct client outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client onboarding.
• Maintain CRM records and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications

• MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, International Business)
• B.Tech
• BBA
• B.Com
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Lead generation and client acquisition skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, IT Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, SaaS Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to achieve targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
