We are looking for a Growth Intern who wants real exposure to how marketing and sales actually work behind the curtain.
Position Details
Title: Marketing & Sales (Growth) Intern
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10+ hours per week for a minimum of 8 weeks
Compensation: Unpaid internship
What You’ll Do
- Research target markets, businesses, and decision-makers
- Support CRM setup, lead tracking, and database organization
- Help create outreach messaging, scripts, and presentations
- Assist with prospecting and follow-up campaigns
- Work with marketing and sales systems used in real business operations
- Learn how automation, AI, and CRM workflows support growth

Who This Is For

You do not need to know everything on day one, but you do need to be willing to learn, communicate well, and take ownership of your work.
Preferred Background
- Student or aspiring professional in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related areas
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with research, organization, and outreach
- Interested in technology, AI, sales systems, or digital growth
- Able to work independently in a remote setting
- Willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA)
