About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development – Partnership professional to establish and maintain strategic business tie-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and collaborating with key decision-makers from various industries such as hotels, schools, offices, clubs, hospitals, etc. for their expansion or new construction requirements.
Key Responsibilities
● Business Outreach & Partnership Development
● Identify potential businesses and organizations for partnerships
● Connect with key decision-makers via LinkedIn, email, or other networking channels
● Schedule and attend meetings to present company profiles and collaboration opportunities
● Lead Generation & Relationship Management
● Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
● Continuously explore new partnership opportunities to drive business growth
● Track and manage partner engagement, ensuring seamless communication
● Event Planning & Execution
● Organize and participate in industry events, networking sessions, and business forums to generate leads
● Represent the company in meetings, trade fairs, and exhibitions to build brand awareness
● Agreement Preparation & Documentation
● Draft, negotiate, and finalize agreements with business partners
● Ensure compliance with legal and corporate guidelines
● Reporting & Coordination
● Send regular reports on business development activities and progress
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership projects
Requirements
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales preferably in B2B or partnership management
● Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals
● Experience in sales and business management strategies and planning
● Drive strategic growth with full ownership of partnership development
● Good at relationship building with a solid data driven approach
