At Spanner AiRM, we’re building an AI-powered ERP platform helping MSMEs and manufacturers streamline operations, inventory, production, finance, GST compliance, and business visibility.
We are looking for a highly driven Partnerships & Business Development Manager who can help us build a strong ecosystem of consultants, CAs, implementation partners, business advisors, and channel partners while generating qualified sales opportunities.
What You’ll Do
✅ Identify and onboard ERP consultants, Chartered Accountants, CFO firms, manufacturing consultants, and business advisors as referral and channel partners.
✅ Build relationships with ERP implementation firms, digital transformation consultants, and industry associations.
✅ Reach out through LinkedIn, email, phone, networking events, and industry forums.
✅ Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, product demos, and partner meetings.
✅ Manage the sales pipeline and maintain CRM hygiene.
✅ Support founders in demos, proposals, follow-ups, and deal progression.
✅ Generate qualified opportunities through both partner and direct outreach channels.
✅ Help establish and scale the Partner Program for Spanner AiRM.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Channel Sales, ERP Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Software Sales.
✔ Experience working with ERP, CRM, Manufacturing Software, Business Applications, or Digital Transformation solutions.
✔ Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Comfortable speaking with business owners, consultants, CFOs, finance teams, and operations leaders.
✔ Self-starter who can independently drive outreach and partnerships.
✔ Experience in Zoho, Odoo, Tally, SAP Business One, ERPNext, Oracle NetSuite, or similar ecosystems is a strong advantage.
