Job Title: Supply Chain Finance Manager/ Executive
Department: FinTech – Supply Chain Finance / Vendor Finance / Bill Discounting
Location: Mumbai /Hyderabad /Surat/Indore/Jaipur
Experience: 5 -15years
Budget – 7 to 14 lakhs
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Commerce, or related field / MBA / PGDM

Role Overview
Business Development supports client acquisition and program execution for the supply chain
and working capital solutions; owns revenue generation, anchor onboarding, and ecosystem
expansion for vendor and supply chain finance; and leads growth strategy, P&L ownership,
and strategic partnerships to scale fintech-led working capital products.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
Identify and onboard corporate anchors, distributors, vendors, and MSME clients
for structured finance and working capital programs.
Drive growth in Invoice Financing, Bill Discounting, Vendor Finance, and
Unsecured/Secured Working Capital facilities.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of enterprise, mid-market, and MSME clients.
Achieve assigned business targets, including sanctions, disbursements, revenue, and
client acquisition.
Assess client working capital cycles, including inventory funding, receivable financing,
and cash flow gaps.
Develop relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions for co-lending /
funding partnerships.
Act as the single point of contact for key corporate clients and maintain long-term
relationships.
Coordinate with credit, risk, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth
onboarding and program implementation.
Program Structuring & Deal Execution
Understand client working capital cycles and structure tailored supply chain finance
solutions.
Facilitate documentation, due diligence, and onboarding processes.
Monitor utilization, portfolio performance, and client satisfaction.

Anchor and MSME acquisition and vendor/ dealer onboarding numbers
Disbursement and revenue targets
Portfolio quality and utilization levels

Prior experience in FinTech / NBFC / Bank / Trade Finance platform preferred.

Strong analytical and deal-structuring capabilities
High ownership mindset with strong execution ability
Ability to work in fast-paced fintech environments
Preferred Background:
Experience in onboarding corporate anchors or vendor ecosystems
Familiarity with digital lending platforms and SCF technology solutions
