Business Development(Fresher) Full Time

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (Fresher) to join our team. This is a target-based role where you will be responsible for connecting with potential students, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential leads through calls and follow-ups
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses/programs
• Convert leads into successful enrollments
• Maintain and update data in CRM systems
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Provide end-to-end support to students during the admission process

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with calling and target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM tools
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred:

• Freshers are welcome
• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
