Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate. In this role, you will actively identify and target new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue through structured sales strategies. Responsibilities include market research, creating pitch presentations, preparing proposals, managing CRM systems, and achieving set sales targets. You will also collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure clients’ needs are met and contribute to forming strategic plans that align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills with the ability to drive revenue growth
• Proficient in market research, lead generation, and identifying new business opportunities
• Experience with CRM tools, proposal creation, and client relationship management
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as social media marketing, SEO, and performance marketing
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, accompanied by solid presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a growth-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in a business development or sales role; familiarity with agency or digital marketing environments is a plus
