Business Excellence (Data Center & Cloud Services) Full Time

Role : Responsible for driving operational excellence across L&T-(Cloudfiniti /Vyoma’s) Data Center and Cloud Services portfolio. The role focuses on integrating and optimizing end-to-end business processes to deliver consistent , scalable, and customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management (preference for Operations Management or Information Technology).
• Advanced certifications in quality or process management frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, CMMI, ISO, TQM) will be an advantage.

Experience & Domain Expertise

• Proven experience in the Data Center and/or Cloud Services industry.
• Demonstrated capability in driving process excellence across diverse business functions such as CRM, Pre-Sales, Sales, Service Delivery, Network & Security Operations, and Billing.
• Proficiency in implementing Quality and Operational Excellence frameworks such as TQM, CMMI, ISO, Six Sigma, EFQM, Kaizen, Malcolm Baldrige, and Balanced Scorecard.
• Strong understanding of Colocation (Colo), IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, as well as FinOps, DevOps, CloudOps, and SRE practices.
• Hands-on experience in building resilient, scalable, and process-driven operations to enhance customer experience and service reliability.
