What This Role Actually Is
This is not a “make posts and write captions” internship. This is a revenue-focused, idea-first, execution-driven role.

You will test ideas fast, measure results, double down on what works, and bring fresh strategies to the table every single week.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
1. Strategy & Market Growth
● Research market trends, competitor playbooks, and new growth opportunities weekly.
● Pitch fresh marketing and sales ideas directly to the Founder.
● Identify untapped channels: specialized communities, platforms, and strategicpartnerships.
● Build campaign strategies across diverse verticals: student acquisition, B2B clients, andinternational markets.
2. Marketing & Funnel Execution
● Plan and execute high-converting social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
● Create content that converts—focusing on psychological triggers and copy, not just aesthetics.
● Run aggressive outreach campaigns via cold emails, LinkedIn DMs, and WhatsApp broadcasts.
● Build, optimize, and manage lead funnels from raw awareness to final conversion.
● Experiment with cutting-edge AI tools to automate and scale marketing output.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation
● Generate qualified leads for ConnektSphere’s core services (Web Development, AI Automation, Digital Marketing, and Premium Internships).
● Reach out to potential clients, including Indian SMBs, colleges, and international businesses.
● Pitch services confidently via email, LinkedIn, and discovery/sales calls.
● Maintain clean CRM habits: follow up consistently and move leads ruthlessly through thepipeline.
4. Analytics & Optimization
● Track and report weekly campaign performance data (Leads generated, Conversions, Revenue impact).
● Propose data-backed strategic pivots—suggesting improvements based on hard metrics, not gut feelings.
You’re the Right Fit If You…
● Are utterly obsessed with outcomes and results, not just “staying busy.”
● Have a non-stop stream of ideas and hate waiting for permission to test them.
● Are highly proficient with AI and outbound tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Apollo, Clay, etc.)to work 3x faster than an average marketer.
● Can write a cold pitch that actually stops the scroll and lands a reply.
● Are comfortable getting on video pitches or discovery calls with potential B2B clients.
● Can commit to clear weekly targets without needing hand-holding.
● Learn fast, adapt faster, and never say “that’s not my job.”
Skills Blueprint Must-Have:
● Exceptional written and verbal professional communication.
● Solid foundational understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and leadgeneration.
● Zero fear of cold outreach (Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
● Ability to research, map out a plan, and execute independently.
Strong Plus:
● Hands-on experience with lead generation software (Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
● Basic knowledge of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads framework).
● Prior sales, business development, or client-pitching experience (even informal).
● Experience growing an active Instagram or LinkedIn page with real, organic traction.
Transparent Internship Structure & Stipend Policy
We believe in radical transparency. We are a fast-moving startup looking for core executioners. Our structure is built to filter out passive learners and reward high-performers.
The Growth Path: Continue the internship on an unpaid basis for Month 2 to sharpen your skills and hit the targets.
Immediate Termination: Exit the workflow immediately.
Important Policy Note on Exit Documents: ConnektSphere Private Limited issues official exit documents—including the Certificate of Internship completion, formal Letter of Recommendation (LOR), and Experience Letter—ONLY upon the successful completion of a minimum of 2 months. Candidates who exit or are terminated at the 1-month mark will not be eligible for corporate exit documentation.
