Business Head – Karnataka Full Time NEW

Specsmakers is hiring for the position of Business Head – Retail (Karnataka).

We are looking for a retail professional with 12–18 years of experience in managing multi-store and multi-city retail operations.

The role will be responsible for:

• Driving overall business growth, revenue, profitability, and store productivity across Karnataka

• Leading retail operations excellence including SOP execution, store standards, inventory efficiency, and operational discipline

• Building and developing high-performing regional teams across Zonal, ASM, and store levels

• Driving customer experience, service excellence, and customer-centric KPIs

• Supporting expansion initiatives, new store launches, and faster store stabilization

• Leveraging data, analytics, and KPI reviews for performance improvement and decision-making

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, HR, Finance, VM, and Supply Chain to drive business goals

We are looking for candidates with strong business acumen, people leadership skills, execution focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
