Role: Zonal Head – West, South & Central Africa
Location: Mumbai
Pidilite is looking for a seasoned business leader to drive Pidilite’s business in countries like Ghana, Congo, Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe & Nigeria.
Candidate will be based in Mumbai and will travel to lead sales in above countries. The Zonal Head will lead a team of 6 Area Managers across West, South & Central Africa.
Role:
- Drive Sales & Business Development across the region
- Develop and execute growth strategies based on market insights and competitive landscape
- Build operational excellence across systems, processes, and business modules
- Ensure strong financial discipline and implementation of commercial policies
- Lead and develop high-performing area sales & business development managers, regional managers
What We’re Looking For:
- Min 12-18 years of relevant Sales, Marketing and Business Development experience, preferably in Africa or exposure to international markets including Africa preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in India also will be considered.
- Candidate should be an enthusiastic sales leader with exposure to sales through channels and dealer network
- Candidates from Paint, Construction Chemicals, Hardware, Specialty Chemical industry are preferred.
