Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Operations Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily operational activities such as coordinating between internal teams, maintaining documentation, and tracking key tasks and deliverables. Responsibilities include assisting with process improvement initiatives, preparing basic reports and presentations, and supporting data collection for business insights. The intern will also help schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and contribute to smooth communication across departments. This role is designed for freshers who are eager to learn how an edtech business functions and to gain hands-on exposure to operations in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for documentation and reporting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort working with basic data and metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, and adapt to changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or final year) in Business, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Interest in the edtech sector and in building a career in business operations or management.
