This role supports the company’s growth plans by working on business strategy, data analysis, and important projects. The person will coordinate with different teams, study market trends, analyze business data, and help management make better business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business data and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Support and track strategic projects from planning to completion.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Work closely with teams such as Business, Finance, IT, Operations, and Risk.
• Help develop new products, services, and business improvement initiatives.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or Tableau is an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
