Bussiness head Full Time

About the Role
We are looking for someone who can run our outlets like a business, not just manage them.
You will take complete ownership of sales, operations, team, and profitability.
This is a high-responsibility role with direct impact on growth and profit.

Key Responsibilities

– Manage end-to-end operations of multiple outlets
– Take full ownership of P&L (Revenue, Cost, Profit)
– Drive sales growth, AOV, and repeat customers
– Control COGS, wastage, and inventory leakage
– Hire, train, and manage store teams
– Ensure strict execution of SOPs, hygiene, and service standards
– Monitor customer feedback and improve ratings
– Maintain daily reporting and performance tracking

Experience Required

– 2–5 years of hands-on experience in QSR / Restaurant Operations
– Must have experience in handling P&L, team, and daily store operations
– Strong understanding of sales, cost control, and profitability

Compensation

– Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
