Role requirements:

📊 Experience 6-8 yrs in FMCG, food manufacturing, or D2C sectors.

💻 Technical Expertise in financial software & advanced Excel.

🌍 Operational Experience multi-location finances and driving cost efficiencies.

📈Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

🚀 Experience in startup scaling and high-growth environments preferred

Core Responsibilities

📊 Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

🚀 Develop financial strategies to support D2C growth and business expansion.

📈 Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

💳 Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

📄 Ensure accurate a& timely financial reporting in compliance with Indian GAAP/IFRS.

💡 Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.

📉 Conduct profitability analysis for products, channels, and business units.

🏛️ Compliance, Audit & Controls (GST, TDS, Income Tax, and any other statutory)

🔒 Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks.

💼 Partner with leadership on fundraising and capital allocation strategies.

🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, sales, and leadership teams.
