The Role
We’re looking for a Call Center / Customer Support Manager to lead and scale high-volume support operations.
This is a hands-on, build-and-run role.
You will be responsible for setting up, structuring, and managing the entire support function from the ground up.
What You’ll Own
- Build and launch the customer support department from scratch
- Hire, structure, and manage inbound support teams (remote)
- Design workflows, scripts, and operational processes
- Own and improve key KPIs:
- Response time
- Resolution time
- First Contact Resolution (FCR)
- Control ticket volume, backlog, and operational flow
- Handle escalations and complex cases
- Train, coach, and develop support agents
- Ensure consistency, quality, and operational discipline
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as Call Center Manager / Customer Support Manager / Team Lead
- Experience in building and scaling support operations from scratch
- Strong network and ability to hire and structure teams independently
- Background in high-volume environments (iGaming, Crypto, Forex, Fintech, or similar)
- Strong understanding of support KPIs (CSAT, SLA, FCR, ticket management)
- Experience managing remote teams
- Highly structured, hands-on, and performance-driven
