We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented campaign operations intern to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital communication campaigns across platforms such as WhatsApp, SMS, email, and CRM systems.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to marketing technology, campaign management, customer engagement strategies, data handling, and performance analytics.
Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple communication channels.
- Configure campaign data, audience segments, templates, and targeting parameters prior to campaign deployment.
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance to ensure smooth execution and timely issue resolution.
- Prepare, validate, and organize lead databases before campaign launches.
- Maintain database hygiene by identifying and removing duplicate, incomplete, or invalid records.
- Segment customer and lead databases based on campaign objectives, geography, lead source, and business requirements.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Track key metrics such as delivery rates, open rates, engagement, responses, and conversions.
- Update dashboards and share campaign insights and performance summaries with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams, sales departments, and external platform support partners to ensure efficient campaign operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting campaign-related issues and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to campaign execution timelines.
